Relatively cheap for Sauternes, but I’m not sure I’ve ever had one I didn’t like. Oxidized honey and lemon notes as well as sherry and almonds. Pretty viscous mouthfeel, but with acidity that cuts through. Paired with a cheese plate, which is certainly one of Sauternes’ most perfect mates.
