NYE line up. Not yet ready, a bomb of a cedar, tar and black currant and cassis notes. The palate is a bit too thin and tannins are still very lively. We gave it 2 hours of decant but it might need more. The bitter touch in the finish calls from some protein to go along.

Pour mon birthday, on est plutôt pas mal. Super bien avec un magret de canard et des fromages du Nord. Rond en bouche, jolie couleur, arrière goût sympa. Bref, top
