Much tastier than the Domaine de la Garnière, but it has age on its side. Softer than most Muscadet, restrained, really good. Still craves for a food accompaniment. Light seafood and of course oysters are always classic.

Perfect with lobster! Mineral, almost flinty, and crisp/w just a hint of effervescence on the tip of the tongue...not to mention reasonably priced.
