Forget "leger passage en carafe," I just put my thumb over the opening and gave it a good shake to de-gas and it was an amazing guzzle accompanying a kind of asiatic boeuf bourgignon and boston lettuce in pomegranate-yoghurt dressing. Look no further when eating salty meaty stews!

Extremely earthy, full bodied and thick... becoming quite textured when it is aerated. Absolutely delicious for lovers of malbec & beordeux. Savoury finish. Surprisingly aged taste for a 2014.
