Fresh fruit and seriously funky earth, lavender and fennel... a little much of it tbh... still, punching way above its price point. Both pretty and grubby at once, which is a treat for under $15 as I continue trying to get this wine budget under control. 🤑🐛🌸

Forget "leger passage en carafe," I just put my thumb over the opening and gave it a good shake to de-gas and it was an amazing guzzle accompanying a kind of asiatic boeuf bourgignon and boston lettuce in pomegranate-yoghurt dressing. Look no further when eating salty meaty stews!

Extremely earthy, full bodied and thick... becoming quite textured when it is aerated. Absolutely delicious for lovers of malbec & beordeux. Savoury finish. Surprisingly aged taste for a 2014.
