2016 vintage. The label may indicate humbly "Bordeaux Supérieur", but this estate makes absolutely amazing wines. A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, biodynamically farmed. Beautiful nose with ripe black fruit (cherries, blackberries) and violets. Concentrated fruit and subtle spices, combined with polished tannin, and very good depth and length, this could be easily mistaken for a much more expensive Saint Emilion in a blind tasting. Stunning value at 17,90 euro.
