Sweet lemon citrus. Probably over the edge but to be enjoyed with a desert to help balance it of.

Chestnut honey stone yellow fruits caramelised apple.
soft front palate not overly sweet texture still thin evolution + balances missing texture on the mid palate.
final short make wine digest.

Pas mon genre de sucre. Sur le miel, les agrumes. Très acide... un petit côté piquant. Peut-être sera plus agréable avec les années.
