Classic sauvignon nose with a twist toward pineapple. Lemon and white flowers. Ample palate that is well balanced. A strong acidity that makes the wine long and white fruits, citrus and white grapes on the sides. Pretty much solid for the price.

Regular entre deux mers. Quite a strong acidity. Sauvignon is overwhelming the blend. Better to be paired with creamy cheeses than oysters
