The dark horse in a lineup of amazing bordeauxs. Wonderful integration of fruit and tannin, sweet loam, dark berries, a perfectly aged expression of its style. An estate we've visited and spoken with the owner at length - earnest, impressive winemaking. Bravo

Still tightly wound. Opened over 3 hrs. Cherry, bits of tar or earthy, well paired with orange scented shredded pork. Excellent bottle.

Deep dark color without a brown edge remarkable for a 32 yo Bordeaux.. Big rich dark fruit which lingered on the palate.

Aged beautifully. Aromas and flavors of cassis and tobacco. Velvety texture

Very, very nice. And unexpectedly good. Quite tannic, and a bit unintegrated, but excellent acid. Purple. Delicious.

After 25 years in the bottle, the wine had some velvety tannins. Great aging.
