Needs a bit cellaring but nice bouquet and full bodied

Smells to me like a Pinot - that weird earthy smell. But opened up nicely.

A very serious Bordeaux, a very balanced blend. Dark cherry and plum aromas, nice structure and body. Will improve more with time.

Did not leave a lasting impression. Will have to crack a second and third bottle over the next few months to see if they change my initial impression.
