Got it as part of my Wine Authority monthly selection box. Dry and crisp, with slight hints of fruit citrus apple . Paired very well with a slightly spicy caprese chicken sausage and smokey grilled veggies.

Catty aroma! Huge chalky start, sea minerals, ripe citrus... migrates towards snapped green bell pepper. Has a lush green and white finish: aloe, pomelo, white grapefruit, honeydew rind. Really compelling.

Great for oysters, really salty notes on the palate; oceanic, sea air, sea shells, minerality. I would need to have this with food. Fried seafood I think it's perfect. I recall Deep Fried Whole Ipswich Clams that would complement perfectly & vice versa.
