First time drinking this wine and was not sure what to expect. Aromas of honey, apricot and apple that carry over to the palate where they are joined by hints of oak. A drop of sherry came out with some air but got beat back as the fruit played Whack -A-Mole with it . The highlight for me was the acidic backbone and a very long finish
