Corked. The wine is still punching through, surprisingly dark and still showing some primary character. But spoiled by that level of TCA that you want to be a figment of your imagination but that keeps cropping up, especially with more air. A particular shame especially when the victim, no matter how humble, is something that's been stowed in your cellar for many a year. #corked
