Popped. Notes from Day 3 open (unrefrigerated on the counter overnight). In a lovely place. Soft smokey cedar, blackberry, a hint of vanilla, earth. On the palate: lovely acidity, good density, more blackberry, blueberry, a touch of vegetal green, soft earth and lovely tang on the finish, which shows a dusting of tannin. Yum.
