Took a long time to open wish I had restaurant decant it an hour before I walked in. Hugh alcohol at 14.5 percent. Lacked the lushes we would have expected out of 2005 merlot based Bordeaux blend. Mushrooms and wet moss on the nose. Dark ruby fruit eventually came out with tannins. A bit angular for our taste. Drink out of a half bottle.
