Reasonably priced example of Pomerol character. Plum skin, mocha, raspberry leather, tobacco, charred oak and vanilla. Not terribly refined, but still showing enough pedigree and tradition to get through the ripe vintage.

Powerful in aroma taste compared with 2012. Vintaged flavor. Really good balance among acidity tanning spicy. A bit dry, but it is also nice. It should have kept for more years. But it is better to drink it up before 1.5 hours. @8500, Enoteca-X, 170730-181024
