Toasted nose, black currant, a bit of earthiness. A bit of mushrooms there too. On the palate we find those mushrooms too, saltiness, meat, currant, integrated tannins. The wine is long and wide. Good gastronomy wine

Mar 11th, 2017It gets better and better with air. Nose of black currant and a salty/meaty touch . Nice young palate (I would give it 6 years less) of spices, black / red berries and salt. Nice finish and some silk on the sides. Lovely birthday wine :)

Great aromas of licorice, cassis, and black currant. Complexity beginning to firm with balanced tannins. Nice to drink.
