Feb 2nd, 2025Nice texture, soft tannins and very elegant wine. Blackcurrants jam, fig, black cherry and a little bit of anis star on nose. On the palet the wine is pretty rip and got a nice length. I recommend it! Nice pairing with duck breast or any king of red meat.

A dear friend brought this very delightful 80/20 Grenache/Syrah blend from the 25 ha estate vineyard located in the Saint-Chinian AOC of Languedoc. Red berries, smoke, light earth and peppery. Medium body and medium acidity. The tannins taste very fresh. A pleasure to drink.
