Wow. This clean-river smelling wine has a real loamy farmland pungency marked with a very strong spearmint note. The terroir is foremost, the wine structured. A great wine at a ridiculous price. Got this for 9$. Really a steal. The fruit is black currant but integrated. Haut Medoc steal.

Easy to drink. Not too heavy. Good. Bought at Hiramatsu for about ¥2,500.

Blackcurrant and oak on the nose. A slight earthiness, some warmth and a mushroom touch. Nice acid frame on the palate which makes the wine goes rather longer than wider. Black currant, pepper, lively tannins. Let's come back to it in a year or two. Very much young right now
