Nothing compares to Bordeaux! This wine is fantastic for the price - needs to be laid down for a couple more years but luckily I have some more. Once this wine opens up it is beautifully balanced. Strong acidity with good tannins. Lovely cigar box with mild fruit notes on the nose.

Wine was as expected. Flavorful but as an addition to a fine dinner only. Do not drink this wine without food. This wine will excite your tastebuds and help heighten your senses for an amazing meal. On it’s own it is not fulfilling, as an addition to a rich meaty meal this wine will compliment and l accentuate flavors. I love this wine as an important course to help enhance an exceptional meal. Sophisticated and complex... but clearly am supporting role to an exceptional line up of excellent food and environment. Other wines may be more appropriate but in addition to varied parings this wine will not disappoint.
