This is a decent sablet from South Rhône Medium to medium plus body with dried red/black fruit, plum and fig. Some green herbs on the nose, touch of licorice, earthy, stony, medium to medium plus tannin. Medium acidity. Will buy it again. I had lamb chop with this wine. Great pairing.

Very nice purple color with pink edges had legs cherry on the nose cherry, prune and leather on the palate medium tannins long finish

Pretty classic Sablet, expected it to be a bit riper being an 09 but all in all still good . Opened up much better on day 2. Wonderful sleepy little village.
