Sauternes AOP 2011, 14%. Bottle tasted in December 2014.
Rich, deep golden color, just a little viscous texture.
Nose a bit shy, but graceful, I think it was served too cold and it took some time to reveal scents of candied fruits, dry apricots and honey.
Pleasant and round in the mouth, it went well with the foie gras and terrines served at dinner, but it was just a little light bodied.
