A wonderful example of southern French rose without the forward fruit qualities that can make these wines tough to pair with food. Crisp minerality. Excellent to pair with, e.g., broccoli rahb lasagna, where its sharpness counterbalances the rich cheese and bitter greens. Highly recommend.

A go-to Rose for me. Strawberries hit you in the face immediately, though the finish is bone dry. Cheap, tasty, and drinkable every day of the year.
