True to Coteaux du Layon form, at 24 years a wine that still has plenty to offer and could age more, even if its colour start to take the gold brown hue of old sweet wines. No too sweet precisely, with a lot of fruits and sugar, and a surprisingly dry finish. My only regret: it was the last bottle in my cellar.
