This is the wine that got me into red wine. I've had cases of it.. good for any occasion. Easy drinking but more complexity than expected at ~$10 a bottle.

Smokey, meaty, plums. Drank it with some Bachenstiener and it opened into a burnt blueberry pie with smokey blackberry syrup.
