Hello my I-don’t-have-to-think rosè. You are beautiful and refreshing and if I think are too much are like fresh strawberries and licking a chalk slate. Which is like a when you (okay ya me)are over-analyzing a lot of wine. Totally good. And I don’t ACTUALLY need to think. This is a wine that the world (sometimes) needs.

Jun 23rd, 2018Another one of those Garagiste gets. If I really wanted to get into it I’d say it is orange mostly peel? and red fruits maybe and some sweet raw carrot. It is neither complex nor distinguished but a friendly pour at the end of a long day I’d pair mostly with popcorn but as it is am pairing with a giant smoothie before conking out because of early morning calltimes yayyy acting fun...
