You get what you pay for and this was $6. So not complaining as it opens with a big old whiff of Grenache but tends to then drop off rapidly. Did not stay vibrant after being open a few hours. However for the price it's really pretty decent but there are also better cotes du Rhone at the same approx price point .

Fruits of the vine and bush on the nose. Hint of cut green wood too. Flavors are full and juicy. Bit of red cherry cider. Fairly tannic on the backside. Cola without the sugar in there too. A nice little south of France everyday drinker.
