Ruby colour, deep, still suggesting a potential for ageing and evolution. Burgundi nose between aging and undergrowth notes. Spicy red fruit, creaminess. The matter in the mouth is almost milky. Ageing in typical of Louis Jadot style, melted, bringing tannins and a little fat, international Parker style. Not necessarily the most expressive year, but elegance.
Robe rubis, profonde, suggérant encore un beau potentiel de garde et d’évolution. Nez bourguignon entre élevage et notes sous-bois. Du fruit rouge épicé, de l’onctuosité. La matière en bouche est presque lactée. Élevage en barrique typique de Jadot, fondu, apportant des tanins et un peu de gras, style international, Parker. Pas nécessairement l’année la plus expressive, mais de l’élégance.
