Green, even for a cab franc. Otherwise good color, good concentration and tannin. Well built Niagara on the Lake VQA wine.

Once again a fabulous bottle of wine from Canada! Paired it tonight with steak. Risotto, corn on the cob, tomatoes and chocolate!

Pepper on the nose and on the tongue. A bit thin in body and overall structure. This wine wasn't chewy enough for me. Still, I know what to get whenever I want a peppery flavoured wine to pair with roasted red pepper sauces or braised beef!

A little green but still some nice fruit and a decent body. Canadian red always has that underripe component but it works here. Chewy tannins are gonna go great with a steak.
