Estate Bottled Niagara-on-the-Lake VQA Aligoté

Surprisingly good. Not complex, but smooth nicely off dry, verging on sweet. Honeydew, citrusy sour. A good summer sipping wine. Good enough to stand on its own.
Paired with shrimp pasta, but would work well with cheese plate.
