A tough wine to like and I'm not sure I want to wait to my 8o's to drink it. Savennieres are the enigma for Chenin Blanc, hard to understand and hard to like. I think good wine shouldn't hurt or be so dank - 3 bottles tasted since released in Berkeley.

Little bit of diacetyl (butter) on the nose with a musky background low level melon fruit found the diacetyl to be a little distracting

Crisp, citrus up front. Dry. Great for a warm summer night for a light meal or cheese and crackers on the deck.
