Wax and wet limestone floors. Herbal honey with almost bitter tannin and dried marsh fennel stalks. Bitter orange +cocoa. (Back isle of the hardware store). Peat.

Unfortunately doesn't hold a candle to other Savenniéres I've had lately, but still a good wine. Honeyed and waxy on the nose, with some lemons and rocks. Finish drops off precipitously....
