Beautiful golden colour... amazing floral nose with a hint of topical fruit and tangerines higher viscosity than usual.. just feels rich...still dry-ish and acidic .. Nice citrus melon taste with a long mineral salty finish... apart from that mineral finish this should be treated as a Riesling.. I paired this one with mussels and it didn't go very well with delicate butter sauce ...
