Pouilly-Fumé Sauvignon Blanc

Textbook old school pouilly fume. Fragrant with notes of ocean spray, stuffed shells, Islam scotch smokiness, lime pith. Strong grassy and vegetal notes. excellent depth integrating the lime, ocean water and chalk into a coherent whole. Definitely a bit on the vegetal side, but an amazing pairing to grilled fish for that reason. Not as smoky as I remember, but still a standard bearer

Grapefruit, papaya, melon

Det här med kattpiss på krusbärsbuske kommer man inte undan här. I det stora hela är det dock friskt och rent. Toner av gul frukt och citron höjer.

Great bouquet, with citrus aromas. Crisp and light body, Minerals on the palate.

Reminiscent of new world sav with asparagusy elderflower notes and huge acidity. It's not my jam but it sure is powerful
