Valbelle Gigondas Red Rhone Blend

Intense but slightly awkward this time. I've got another bottle I bet is better.

Stacked with powerful earthy berry fruit.

Decanted for an hour and finally opened up. Drinking nice now!

Houston Red Mass

In a transitional phase I'd say, but very flavorful. Earthy, still very structured, maybe a bit of anise. Good stuff.

Light, nice, generally unmemorable

Needs a little coaxing but this is an great full bodied gigondas. Earth, spice and black berries!

Great wine!

Nice wine, but doesn't blow my mind. Been enjoying the 2010s.
