Beautifully aged and developed Syrah. Meaty and earthy with intense black fruit. Still wound up tight even after 10 years. With ribeye steak at Tango Sur

Pretty, lots of oak on the end though.

Ridiculous. Universal wows at the table. Structure, great flavor, no tannins. Cherry cola was pronounced for a bit. Decanted for 20 minutes. At Keens Steakhouse.

Good grip for an 03. Pretty good. Birdie makes it better!
