Château de Millery
St. Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend
St. Émilion, Libournais, Bordeaux, France
A bit more wood than I was expecting but most of it blew off. Solid value at $38, but I’d feel differently at $50.

Was told this was a special bottling from Chateau Figeac - yet to confirm this.
Strength of vintage showing through with a good balance of fruit and tannins which have started to round out. Still some freshness as well which make for enjoyable drinking.

2004 vintage. Nice smell and taste but no finish.
