Château de Malengin
Montagne-St. Émilion Merlot Blend
Very fruit forward for a Bordeaux. On the nose a lot of ripe red fruit. On the palate some spice but mainly fruit and lack of earth with that I look for in a Bordeaux especially an '09. Not bad just unexpected.

Oct 11th, 2015Aromas of plums, vanilla and brown sugar. Flavors of blackberry, dark cherries and oak. Silky smooth and lush. Finishes spicy and hot with tannin. Just very well balanced.

Sep 9th, 2015Nice, by the glass. New world styled St. Emilion meant to sell in the West. Decent though, despite its fruit forward lack of typicity.

Sep 5th, 2015Very fruity Bordeaux, not at all a typical Saint - Emillion. Even a kind of "corked" flavor.
