I think I would’ve rated higher if I hadn’t looked into it previously and saw that it’s expensive and other people’s reviews. Very smooth, a little too smooth, lacked punch. Luna agrees.

Pop and pour through an aerator.
NOSE: cassis, cherry, twigs…water. I guess that’s minerals.
Taste: bitter chocolate - minerals - cherry.
Needs air and age. 89.

Good with dark chocolate Godiva Ganash chocolates. Was smooth but had a strong after taste. No aroma afterward
