Grapes grown in black schist; 100% Syrah. This has a majestic depth and character with incredibly round flavor. Masculine and muscular, it reminds me of my favorite snowy days in the depths of winter.

Definitely “plush”, as the name implies, but give it 2 hours to open up, and it will reveal that it’s not a simple “international style” Syrah. Really enjoying this, and hoping to find some of their other wines.
