2015 drinking well now, likely even better in 2-5 years. Intense aromas of cedar, tobacco, earth, blackberry, and ripe cherry. Tasting those flavors + cassis, thyme, and leather. Tannins are huge. Drinks great with this grilled NY strip I’m also enjoying.
