Jenna likes it right away.
Full and deep. Mocha, herbal. Tannins are fairly ripe though a bit astringent and a touch bitter. A healthy amount of new oak though within balance. Some meatier qualities. Almost a bit peppery. Although there are deeper mocha tones (I imagine due to both fruit and oak) there are definitely some lighter berry fruit qualities here. This should always retain freshness to it though I can't imagine it has the stuffing to go the distance of sweet 2010 love. A bit light and medicinal though still with concentration. The oak comes across with a certain oat-like quality. A nice wine but not what I want from GC burgundy.
