Surprisingly youthful & quite burly.
Inky dark, hardly any ageing on the rim.
Black currant galore with a touch of cassis and cigar. Cool.
Shows some weight on the palate with a nice, juicy tannic frame and fresh acidity. Cool, with nice depth. perfectly balanced with still some fruit but the age slowly starting to show. Great length.
So nice. So fine.
