No real notes. I had an oyster urge and checked for any muscadet available in my cellar, stumbled upon this one and the rest is history (of our dinner, that is).
Good easy going muscadet with chalky and lemony notes on the nose, good width and a soft mouthfeel, not that much tension, not very acid driven, but sufficiently to be a great companion to raw oysters à la naturel. Perfect pairing with giant squid salad in parsley and garlic and even nicer on calamari rings. For about 9 USD in equivalent currency, this is more than a steal, it's a heist.
