Clear pale lemon colour. Clean on the nose with medium aroma intensity and developing with flavours of lemon, citrus, green apple and slight grassy and yeast. Dry on the palate with medium acidity, medium body and medium- alcohol. More flavours of green apple, grass with roundness of lees lasts into its medium+ finish. Very good quality, drink now but can age for another year or so.
