Grains Fins Côtes de Bourg Sémillon Colombard

Oaky with quite a tannic body. Paired beautifully with a strong Dorset cheddar. Rich in body with cherry tones.

Intense and slightly floral nose; lots of oak/vanilla with mulberry and tobacco.
slightly one dimensional on the palate though- good tannin but slightly lacking acidity and structure and fruit doesn’t follow through.

Dry wine with scents of red fruits. Medium to full bodied with balanced tannin profile.
