Jan 24th, 2017Still quite young and vibrant. The nose really just had a very simplistic citrus quality about it. Entry of this wine with bright acidity up front with lemon and lime zest, Granny Smith apple. Quite dense in the middle with a hint of gravel. A faint hint of honey and some herbal quality about it towards the finish. Really good structure in just a baby. Can easily go the distance over the next 15 years or so. if you have these, I would say that they are a delight to drink right now, but patience will be rewarded in about 5 years.
