Not a limoux.

Chateau de Gaure, "Oppidum" 2011, VDF à base de chardonnay, chenin et mauzac. Très TRÈS aromatique et franchement tendu à accorder avec quoique ce soit. Parfait sur un fromage à pâte persillée, et la pissaladière. De la boustifaille burnée sinon rien.
