All my uncertainty on what was weird about this wine finally became clear. 4-ethylphenol, I have found you. What I thought was cork taint for 2 days but was confused by the remaining high level of fruit, finally makes sense. Thank you for your time brettanomyces and I hope it's a long time before I see you again.

Light bodied. Smooth, good acidity, slight tannic finish. Green bell pepper on the nose, tart pomegranate, pencil shavings.
