Solid Bourgogne Blanc with a real Goldilocks thing going on - not too much of this or that. Lemon peel. Touch of oak on the finish.

Wine on a Thursday? Crazy, RIGHT??? Mildly oaky, refreshing, easy to drink but not too complex. Surprising creamy for a burg!
