Sapid and savory between firm and crunchy red fruits of the forest and fragrant autumn leaves and edgy chicory, this is delightful start to finish and far less sour cherry than the 2010 which I enjoy but in an altogether different way. Here's to the joys of vintage variation and the scrumptious yet beguiling beauty of the Côte Chalonnaise!

Good entry level red Bourgogne. Red berries, wet earth; nothing complex but enjoyable at a great price.

Rich, dark-fleshed fruit notes with a spice finish. Hints of tannins.

Fresh and likeable! A bit of sour in the aftertaste.

Reveals subtle layers of spice and earth meanwhile breathing ripe cherry and raspberry in your face. Nice effort. I'll have more please
